An in-depth course designed for both experienced gas engineers whose qualifications have lapsed to meet the core ACS assessment requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: New entrants to the gas industry must undertake the Managed Learning Program (MLP) gas course.
On completion delegates will be able to demonstrate their safety awareness and competency in the contents of the course listed below in natural gas.
Delegates will also be eligible to undertake the ACS assessments following this course

Those who have previously held ACS qualifications which are no longer current.
New entrants to the gas industry must undertake the Managed Learning Programme Gas course for new entrants.
In order to undertake the course candidates will need to provide evidence of previous ACS assessments and/or CORGI or GAS SAFE registration (which are no longer current).
Where entry requirements are met, training is available but not mandatory.
This course covers the following;
Five days for the training. The assessment is usually the following week and takes around four days.
Theory and practical workshop
Practical assessments and written question papers.
Candidates who successfully complete the associated assessments will be recommended for assessment under the Accredited Certification Scheme.
