Liquid Petroleum Gas Training

Introduction

Training course covering all aspects of gas safety specifically designed for those wishing to achieve the qualification for LPG changeover from Natural Gas.

Course objectives/key benefits

Upon successful completion of the training candidates will be able to undertake the LPG changeover assessment(s).

Who is the course aimed at?

Anyone who intends to work on domestic LPG installations and who already has the relevant natural gas qualifications.

For anyone new to the industry seeking to gain the relevant qualifications to work on gas, SWAAT offer a Managed Learning Programme gas course for new entrants or, for anyone who has previously held gas qualifications and wishes to become Gas Safe registered again, a Fast Track Gas course.

Entry requirements/pre-requisites

Candidates will need to have either successfully completed the Managed Learning Programme gas course for new entrants or Fast Track Gas course , or be able to provide sufficient evidence that they have the required skills and knowledge enabling them to undertake this assessment (i.e. be experienced to Category 1).
