Medium Pressure Gas Meters (REGT1) Training and Assessment
Introduction
This training and assessment course is designed to both train and test the gas safety competence of an operative in the work of installing, testing & commissioning domestic medium pressure meter regulators.

To provide the required knowledge and understanding of the installation and commissioning of medium pressure natural gas meter regulators.
Who is the course aimed at?
Experienced gas operatives intending to carry out the installation of and commissioning of medium presure natural gas meter regulators.
Entry Requirements/Pre-requisites
Candidates will need to have either successfully completed the Domestic Natural Gas Core Assessment (CCN1) or be able to provide sufficient evidence that they have passed this assessment at another college or assessment centre. Multiple-choice paper and practical assessment.
Course Outcome/Qualification
Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will receive a BPEC certificate of competence and will also be able to carry out work in accordance with the scope of this course.
