South West Assessment and Training will keep your records for a period of at least five years or unless a request is made for these records to be deleted/destroyed. If a request is made for us to delete/destroy these records, South West Assessment and Training will delete this data by erasing the information from any database on which it is held as well as manually shredding any paper-based records.
