Method Statement
South West Assessment and Training's method statement is; ‘To provide specialist further and higher education programmes in the service industry and related areas as a centre for educational excellence’.
Compliments and complaints
South West Assessment and Training are very pleased to be able to say that we get lots of compliments and, thankfully, complaints against the centre, its staff and the training and assessments provided are very rare. If you do wish to raise any issues with the centre we would, in the first instance, advise you to speak with us as usually things can be very quickly resolved with the minimum of fuss. However, if you do have a grievance with our training centre, staff, facilities or any of the training or assessments provided, please click here for details of how to go about making a formal complaint.
