INTRODUCTION: SWAAT is a registered PASMA training centre and we are able to offer accredited courses for mobile access towers and low level access to nationally recognised standards. COURSE OBJECTIVES/BENEFITS The aim and objective of our PASMA course is for each person attending to be able to safely, correctly and competently erect , alter, tie-in, use, move, inspect and dismantle prefabricated aluminium and fibre-glass mobile access towers in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, current regulations and accepted approved methods. It also aims to provide an understanding of current relevant legislation and regulations regarding mobile access towers.
WHO IS THE COURSE AIMED AT Aimed at operators who erect/dismantle/alter/inspect and, most importantly, use mobile access towers, low level scaffold and ladders. All candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have no physical disabilities that would preclude them from being considered competent in the erection, alteration and dismantling of Mobile Access Towers. COURSE OUTCOME/QUALIFICATION Nationally recognised certificate of competence and proof of training.
