INTRODUCTION: This programme has been designed for those wishing to qualify as Home Inspectors, who are new to this profession and need a comprehensive
programme of training and assessment to deliver the knowledge and skills they will require in their new role.
Energy assessment is an essential component of the Home Inspectors skills and the SWAAT new entrant Home Inspector training and assessment programme has been configured to allow candidates to achieve the Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment at an interim stage.

WHO IS THE COURSE AIMED AT Programme is intended for candidates whose current employment will provide experience of relevance to Units 1 and 2 of the Diploma in repsect of working in an effective and professional manner and contributing to the safety and security of people and property. However, the course is designed on the basis that they have no relevant knowledge of experience of home inspection before starting the programme.
