COMMERCIAL MOBILE CATERING ASSESSMENT (CMC)
TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT


 

INTRODUCTION

The assessment is designed to assess the competence of a registered installer who undertakes, or wishes to undertake work on commercial mobile catering vehicles, whether it is installation, commissioning, servicing or repairing the relevant gas appliances.

WHO THE COURSE IS AIMED AT

Anyone who currently holds the relevant ACS COMCAT and LPG qualifications.

COURSE OUTCOME/QUALIFICATION

Assessment under ACS

PRE-REQUISITE KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION

Candidates will also need to hold the relivent COMCAT assessments for the Catering Appliances you intend to work on. They should also be experienced to Category 1 - and will need to present the training centre with evidence in the form of past certificates of competence and their CORGI card (which can be out of date).
