Introduction
Upgrade course designed to assist candidates who require re-assessment training or for new entrants to commercial catering who already hold their Natural Gas Core ACS qualification.

On completion delegates will be able to demonstrate their safety awareness and competency in the contents of the course listed below in Natural Gas, LPG or Commercial Gas.

Previously trained gas operatives.

- Combustion and its controls
- Gas pressures and flow
- Flues
- Ventilation
- Installation of commercial catering gas appliances
- Commissioning commercial catering gas appliances
- Servicing commercial catering gas appliances

Upon completion candidates will be able to undertake the relevant ACS gas assessment(s)

Recommendation for assessment under ACS.
