Introduction
This course provides candidates with the information they require to be able to comply fully with Approved Documents G, H1, M and the related aspects of Approved Document P of the Building Regulations.
Over the last few years there has been a number of changed to the building regulations and this training programme will help candidates to understand the requirements of these Building Regulations and how they will impact on day-to-day business.

There are no entry or pre-requisite requirements to undertaking this course.
Course content
- Covers current Building Regulations Parts G, H1, M and parts of Part P
- Hygiene - Sanitary conveniences and washing facilities, Bathrooms, Hot Water Storage
- Foul Water Drainage - Sanitary pipework and foul drainage
- Access to buildings other than dwellings, horizontal and vertical circulation in buildings other than dwellings, facilities in buildings other than dwellings
- Showers, IP Codes
- Electrical requirements

Course Outcome/Qualification
Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will receive a SWAAT certificate in Building Regulations Compliance covering Approved Documents G, H, M & P.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an awareness course only and does not remove the need to undertake extra training and assessment for Unvented Cylinders and/or Part P wiring requirements.
